Done-Deal Realty, Inc services include a personal visit to your property to determine it's rental value on the market and help you to maximize its rental income potential. Then we will put together an individualized information packet about your property for all renters, including household policies and rules, an inventory list and information regarding respectful care and treatment of your vacation rental. We provide you with a monthly report of all rentals, expenses and any feedback we receive from our rental guests who have stayed at your property.

We can provide you with peace-of-mind throughout the process because we are dedicated to making sure we protect your investment by screening prospective clients to match your rental conditions such as pet preferences, smoking preferences, maximum number of guests allowed and any other reasonable preferences you prefer. We also require ALL renters to sign a detailed rental agreement and to pay security deposits and full rental payments in advance of their arrival. We impose cancellation fees to protect you from last minute vacancies. We inspect your property after each rental to check for theft or damage and we use only a personally selected and trusted cleaning team to clean your property between rental periods.

With most internet-based rental companies there is no face-to-face contact for renters or owners alike. But we are a professional, locally owned company ourselves on Palmer Lake in Colon and we are more than happy to welcome our guests and attend to any issues that may come up. Our property owners have piece of mind that their guests are satisfied, issues are dealt with promptly and owners are notified if there is a need.
